flexfax: Dialrules

To do faxing, I need to enter a long-distance code to bill calls to a =
particular client.  How do I configure dialrules to dial a number like 14,=
9000,9,15151112222, but only display 515-111-2222 on the cover sheet?  The =
14 is the long-distance code sequence, and the 9000 is the 4-digit code =
for a client.  Thanks for any help.
