flexfax: USRobotics Voice/Faxmodem Config Question

Would anybody happen to have the exact correct config for
USRobotics (3Com)'s "56K Voice Faxmodem?

The product code is: 00568500.

(Its a jumper configurable model, not one of those silly software modems.

I'ld really appreciate it.
