flexfax: Problem receiving FAX

Hi there..

 

   I'm using Hylafax-4_0pl2-3rh5_i386 under RedHad Linux 5.1 using a GVC 33.6 modem. This is what happens when I try to receive FAX using Hylafax.

Do you know what causes this and is there any way to solve it ?? I've been trying to solve this for 2 days.
