flexfax: whfc 0.7.5

Hi,

i have uploaded whfc 0.7.5 to our ftp server. This is an 
intermediate release. The "Remove printer control sequence"
button is back. Also you can view the Done queue of the
HylaFAX server. A log with the last sended faxes is also included.
The phonebook is completely rewritten. It's now possible to
define as many phonebooks as you like (but ODBC is not supported
in this version).
