flexfax: Fax in SUSPEND state and never retry

Hello all,

I am using hylaFax Version 4.0pl0 and randomly the fax will stuck in SUSPEND
state. The fax will not be retried, and it will eventually timeout.

Is it a known problem ?
Any help is appreciated.
