This message indicates that you will NEVER be able to send a fax.  Someone
has entered the incorrect value for ModemClass in /var/spool/fax/etc/config.

See the man page on config to see what the ModemClass is used for.  Here
is an example of mine:

ModemClass:		"any: tty[1-2]"

This problem will have to be resolved BEFORE ANY FAXES WILL LEAVE YOUR 
COMPUTER.
