How to find out analog telephone no , which is connected in /dev/ttyPS0 .

Using faxaddmodem I have configured some other no as fax no . Now , I didn't get dial tone from telephone exchange . Is there any other way, to find my analog telephone no which is connected in /dev/ttyPS0 modem , Using hylafax log

I have forgotten my analog no .
