Talk:Handbook:Basic Server Configuration:Starting Outbound Service

when I try:

cu -l ttyIAX0 Connected.

then locks up server

I login and do the same thing from sn ssh session and it says:

cu: ttyIAX0: Line in use

how do I finish setting this up, what is or how do I find out what is locking my shell up?
