Does your modem support Caller ID? You should first consult your modem's
manual and find out if it is enabled by default or you need to issue a
command to enable Caller ID. To confirm that, just open a terminal and cu
the serial port of the modem. Call the modem from another line and see if it
prints the Caller ID information after the RING message. Now to capture that
information in HylaFAX logs, have a look at the hylafax-config man page.
