[hylafax-users] Sending a FAX hangs

Sending a FAX hangs. There is no log entry in <./log>. There is no entry
in </var/log/messages>. There is nothing in <./sendq>.

<sendfax> just sits there, waiting for something. It is not saying what.

Here are the services that are running:
 3651 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/lib/fax/faxgetty /dev/ttyACM0
 5477 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/sbin/faxq
 5530 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/lib/fax/hfaxd -i hylafax

And the command line to send:
sendfax -f foo@xxxxxxxxxxx -R -r Test_FAX -x SMA -d JimBob@7431212

How do I diagnose this problem?
