Sorry for one more reply to this. In order to fix the problem, I am planing to uninstall the current HylaFAX (version 6.0.3) and install the HylaFAX+ (version 5.4.2). Do you have any suggestion on this?

Hi Lee,

Thanks a lot for your nice help on this. I just checked the HylaFAX in my computuer, and the version is "Version 6.0.3". Do we have any idea to fix the sender's CallerID issue? Apart from that, should I install HylaFAX+ instead of HylaFAX to solve the problem?
