These "unsupported baud rate" messages represent a bug in your HylaFAX version. I cannot reproduce it with HylaFAX+ 5.4.2.
In a blind attempt to get things working, I added lines like:
Class1RMQueryCmd: "!3,24,48,121,122,145,146" Class1TMQueryCmd: "!3,24,48,121,122,145,146"
to my config.ttySx files - dunno if that has anything to do with it.
