I looked through each session log that you provided. In those session logs each page of each session was
confirmed as received with an MCF signal by the
receiver. In my experience this is conclusive. I've not seen Panasonic or Canon fax machines (which the
receivers are) signal MCF without printing out the page.

Assuming these are high end all-in-one copiers, is it possible for the incoming faxes being kept in memory rather than printed out? Can anyone who had these kind of copiers share their knowledge in this?

Some fax devices do store received faxes in memory when the paper runs out or when there is a paper jam or something of that sort. Typically the faxes will be printed out when the problem is corrected. But, perhaps if the user turns the power off the faxes could be lost. I couldn't pretend to tell you if that was the case or not, though.

I've been informed that one of my recipients has a Canon iR2200-3300 and another with HP LaserJet 3390. The specs that I found indicates that they came with memory.

Will the all-in-one copiers choose what fax to store in memory? Such as v.34 (SuperG3) will be stored in memory while non-v.34 will be printed out immediately.

I have never found that to be the case. I've never seen fax machines treat V.34 faxes differently than other faxes.

Thanks,

Lee.
