Just because faxes are working to some destinations does not clearly indicate that you do not have audio problems on your end. It may be that those other destinations are simply more tolerant of the problem.


However, yes, the audio problem could be on the other side, too. It could also be an audio problem in-between you in the telcos somewhere.

What kind of phone lines do you have? Are you using VoIP? Is your telco using T.38?
