[hylafax-users] How to find out why email2fax has no PDF attachment?

Hi;

 

I am testing Hylafax+ 5.4.2 with Ghostscript 8.63, I can send email2fax from Outlook to fax machine, the message body on Outlook is faxed but the attached pdf file is not?  How can I find out the reason?

 

I have Mimeconverters setting subject to the instruction of “Email to Fax Gateway” manual but it does not work.

 

The only difference is the /usr/local/lib/fax/hyla.conf file is in folder /usr/local/lib/fax, not in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/hylafax

 

Please help.
