Use mv instead of cp.
Read a book about basic UNIX commands.
man cp
man mv

I guess you have to create your own or modify an existing client program.
(If you do nonstandard things on your server you need a nonstandard client.)

(I think if you use "RecvFileMode: 0640" instead of 0600 you do not need the chmod commands in FaxDispatch.)
