Read through the "finishing touches" script instead of running it:

http://bugs.hylafax.org//attachment.cgi?id=392&action=view

You should get a pretty good idea of what's going on just by reading it 
through.  Then either figure out how to script it for the new ways, or 
just manually configure it.
