Ah, but you can make them yourself very easily.

The instructions are in the tarball.

However, given the kind of questions you've been asking, following the 
instructions in the tarball may be a bit difficult for you.

There's nothing wrong with installing from source code.  Just make sure 
that you don't have another version of HylaFAX on there first that was 
installed via yum/apt/deb/rpm/whatever.  If you do, then remove it first.
