Finally, I knew why I got the FATAL ERROR. When I inspected the faxetup file again, I found that a back slash "\" is missing in the setting of "DIR_BIN=gs ", after I changed it to "DIR_BIN=\gs", the "faxsetup" is running and I can finish the faxsetup job.
Now I continue to move on to do other configuration.
