[hylafax-users] lot of trouble with hylafax+

Hi,
I am not a linux expert and not an expert for installing software on linux. I am only an user.

There are so much mysteries for me that I do not know what I can do.

I have running 2 faxservers on centos5 with hylafax+ 
yum --version hylafax says: 
rpm-4.4.2.3-18.el5.i386 at 2010-02-28 06:49
(I thought, I have a newer version)

With 32 modems on digi XEM (pci-card and 2 boxes with serial modems)

Since yesterday on one of this servers nearly no fax is sent!
Most message is:
No receiver protocol (T.30 T1 timeout) {E126}
with a connection time of around 40 - 50 seconds (4000 times - great!)
Only 2 Faxes are sent, from 1600!

I have no automatic update and I have also not changed anything. The days before it was running fine.

now I have tried to update the hylafax+, but I got the message:
Examining ./hylafax-5.2.5-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm: hylafax-5.2.5-1.el5.rf.i386
./hylafax-5.2.5-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm: does not update installed package.

I have no idea what I can do....

It should be great when anybody can help me.
I am not sure, but is it possible that I have more problems since I have changed from hylafax to hylafax+ ?
The old original hylafax I have had running over years without problems.
But now I have also problems on other faxservers but I will not mix it here.
