[hylafax-users] not receiving fax

hello all,
i am configuring one hylafax server whose host name is rhca. and in my company there is 1 live  hylafax server whose host name is localhost. i am showing u the output of faxstat of both server i.e rhca and localhost and my hylafax server which i am configuring details
O.S-             Red Hat 4
Faxmodem-  U.S.Robotics
Class-          1

[root@rhca ~]# faxstat  [server which i am configuring]
HylaFAX scheduler on rhca: Running
Modem ttyS0 (+91.4.3538223): Running and idle

[root@localhost ~]# faxstat  [my live company server]
HylaFAX scheduler on localhost.localdomain: Running
Modem ttyS1 (+91.4.3538223): Waiting for modem to come ready
Modem ttyS0 (+91.4.3538843): Running and idle

now when i am sending fax from my  server to my company server i am able to send it. my company hylafax server is able to receive fax sended  from my server i.e root@rhca.
when i am sending fax from my company server i.e root@localhost to my server which i am configuring i.e root@rhca i am not able to receive the fax. i have  checked  in my  server in  /var/spool/hylafax/etc/config.ttyS0

in my company server i.e root@localhost i found one error in /var/log/message
Jan 29 19:09:06 localhost FaxSend[3853]: SEND FAILED: JOB 104895 DEST Re: facsim ile job 104892 to Re failed ERR Busy signal detected

its  telling  busy  signal  detected may  be  in  my hylafax server  i  have given wrong signal rate.
