[hylafax-users] Callweaver T38 gateway with Hylafax failing

I am using Callweaver 1.2.0.1 with SpanDSP 0.0.5pre4.

Fax software is Hylafax+ 5.2.8 interfaced with IAX modem 1.1.1.

Here is the output at verbose 60:

This is the relevant section of my extensions.conf:

exten => s,1,FaxDetect(4000)
exten => s,n,Hangup()
exten => fax,1,T38Gateway(IAX2/FaxDSP0)

"FaxDSP0" is an IAX modem psuedo device to interface to Hylafax.
