Re: [hylafax-users] Best Practices: Dialogic Diva 4BRI-8 PCI v2

Hello Tobias,

I can recommend the Dialogic drivers.  We are running a 30 channel PRI diva server board with HylaFAX using the TTY interface and it works really well.

There are also some really nice features that are bundled with the driver like usage reporting and that type of thing.  I've found the  Dialogic support excellent too which is really a load off.

Only thing that I had some trouble with was when we were running the with a Class 1 configuration we had a fairly high failure rate (something like 10 - 15%) but switching to Class 2 basically sorted that out.

Good luck
Dominique

Hello Oliver,

thx for your reply. Last night i did play with the melware drivers and
couldn't make the TTYs work so i am defnitly going to give the Dialogic
drivers a spin.

Getting my hands on the yet to be released drivers would be nice as
well ;) feel free to send me any link you want ;)

thx in advance - tobi
