This is a bug that Eicon/Dialogic will need to fix for you.  When using 
ECM there is no option for RTN.

The Diva Server operates much more as a fax proxy device than it does a 
typical modem.  Surely something has gone wrong in the Class 1 
implementation that Eicon has.
