Given that you are consistently needing to re-send frames 60-64 for
every image data block, I would suspect that you're using the wrong flow
control setting for your modem (or
that your modem has broken flow control).
Make sure that the following items in your modem config file are
correctly configured for your modem: ModemHardFlowCmd and
ModemSoftFlowCmd. And then change ModemFlowControl between "rtscts" and
"xonxoff".
