HylaFAX is not currently capable of acting as a fax polling server.  It 
can act as a fax polling client.  (In other words, it can poll, but it 
cannot be polled.)

In theory someone could develop the new feature.  Polling is detailed in 
ITU T.30, and all of the necessary functions are already in HylaFAX code.
