Hey everybody,

I got the cover page working finally.  The issue was with WHFC. I have since gone to another client and everything submits properly.  Thank you to everybody, including Lee and Bodo, who helped me out.  So for future reference, the Breakintolines routine is corrupted when WHFC submits the PS document to the server.

I have zero interest in working on this further but somebody should let the creator of WHFC know.

Use the file I sent with sendfax and not with WHFC.  I cannot guarantee 
that WHFC and sendfax use the same templates.
