So, running "bin/jobcontrol 68" failed to run.

You'll have to double-check all the permissions/paths/etc, on it,
keeping in mind that faxq trys to run it as uucp.

Check *any* MAC/DAC (not just SELinux, maybe AppArmour?) that might be
installed.
