hey,

for setting the language, e.g:

LANG=de_*(in FaxNotify or FaxDispatch)

For changing email addresses:
FROMADDR, if you want your notification mails to be sent to another email address. (and then sendmail -f $FROMADDR... in some notification script...). SENDTO for receiving faxes as email.

For all configuration possibilities, parameters see man notify and man hylafax-config and for provided scripts, which probably set all the things you want, see Hylafax HowTo and documentation on the web.

ah, OK! How would I change language or email address with FaxNotify?

Yes I am using sendfax (kdeprintfax which uses sendfax). I will try
-D and -R options, thank you!
