Re: [hylafax-users] Fax on SIP - is it possible?

Hi,

I searched from Google and noticed an old mailing list thread saying that the only workable version of opal with t38modem is the May2007 version in CVS.  However, I am not able to identify this old version from the openh323 website.  I also emailed to the author but the mail got bounced back.  Could someone please tell me where I can get the appropriate version of opal to be used for t38modem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Pete

If you're talking about T.38 ... the only HylaFAX-compatible product that I know of is t38modem, and as you're finding out... it can be difficult to build.  I would advise you to communicate with the author, Vyacheslav, to determine a compatible set of OPAL, pwlib, and t38modem (and last I checked on this it was to pull CVS of a certain date - yeah, not very "user-friendly").

Thanks,

Lee.
