[hylafax-users] Fixed: One-way audio - iaxmodem / hylafax

I fixed this issue - apparently now with Asterisk 1.4.20, for the IAXmodem
definitions don't specify trunk=yes, where in 1.4.19 and prior it seemed to
be OK.
