I'd like it to listen for clients on all machines on my local network
192.168.0.*, but a scan of open ports from a remote machine doesn't show
it listening on port 4559.  I don't believe it's a firewall issue.

/dev/ttyS4

It looks like you specified for the server to only listen on 127.0.0.1,
so it will only work on the box, not from other computers on the
network.
