[hylafax-users] Configured but not listening port 4459. Normal?

Hello list,

I have installed hylafax-server on an ubuntu gutsy box.  The server appears to be running:

$ ps aux | grep fax

parker   31650  0.0  0.3   2988   768 pts/0    R+   14:06   0:00 grep fax

I'd like it to listen for clients on all machines on my local network 192.168.0.*, but a scan of open ports from a remote machine doesn't show it listening on port 4559.  I don't believe it's a firewall issue.

Where in the configuration files is this specified?
