Well, you were posting exim logs. I thought you had narrowed the problem down to exim doing something to the mails that faxrcvd generates. If you still think it's a faxrcvd problem, run it by hand, and send all the output. You can get the commandline from syslog. Run it by hand something like: su -- uucp --shell=/bin/bash cd /var/spool/hylafax /bin/sh -x bin/faxrcvd ...... > tmp/faxrcvd.log 2>&1 Look for any errors in faxrcvd.log. I would expect some errors trying to call mimencode, or uuencode, or something. a. -- Aidan Van Dyk aidan@xxxxxxxx Senior Software Developer +1 215 825-8700 x8103 iFAX Solutions, Inc. http://www.ifax.com/ ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
