[hylafax-users] Incoming Faxes received just fine, Sending Faxes "no carrier detected"

We're using AvantFax 3.0.9 and receiving faxes are working just fine,
but we're having an issue with sending faxes.  We've never sent any
faxes before so we don't know if it ever worked to begin with.

Anyhow, tailing the logs show this (I replaced the number with XXXXXXXXXX):
