Re: [hylafax-users] Error When Sending With &D0
I have 2 exact modems (Trendnet TFM-560X) which are working perfectly
when connecting to the serial port.
The problems started when I connected them through a USB converter.
Without &D0 the modem won't dial.
Putting it once with &W is a good idea but still there's an error when
sending (I guess that when receiving as well).

ModemResetCmds: AT&D0&W
Putting &W in an automatically-called and repeating command (will be
done on every call) will likely wear out the chip on the modem. Do
AT&W once and then stop doing it.

This is the log at the answering machine:

What kind of sending modem is this? It seems to be broken.
You seem to indicate that this behavior only occurs when sending with
&D0. Does this not happen when not sending with &D0?
Thanks,
Lee.
