[hylafax-users] No automatic faxanswer/No modem ring :-(

Hello Hylafax-Users,

we set up Hylafax under Suse 10.3 with the default DVD RPM(prob. 4.4.x) with an external Elsa Microlink 56k Internet Modem. Fax sending works fine, but receiving is only possible with manually starting faxanswer. 

I found a lot of messages about this problem, but no real solution...
To make it short, if I am calling the fax number, the modem beeps but in minicom there is no RING message.

How do I setup hylafax/modem to do an automatic answer or show me the RING?
