[hylafax-users] Cover Page Suppression

I was trying to install clam anti-virus and a milter for sendmail this 
weekend.  I was unsuccessful and thought I had changed everything back 
like it was.  After all, the only thing i had altered was the 
sendmail.mc file.  For some reason, now faxmail is generating a cover 
page even though I'm passing options -d and -n to it.  Can anybody give 
me some suggestions?
