[hylafax-users] Hylafax v4.3.4-1 on Redhat Linux AS 3 update 8; multitech MT5656ZDX

Hello, 

I am having issues with configuring
MT5656ZDX with hylafax. During faxgetty i get the message cannot initialize
modem, modem appears wedged. 

I have the same setup on a different
site with redhat AS 3 update 3 and hylafax v4.3.4-1 and multi tech mt5656ZDX.
The only difference is the uart is 16550A on the one which hylafax works
and it is 16950 on the one which does not work. 

Please help.
