A quick look at the microsoft.-public.-windows.-server.-sbs forum shows a
dozen references to the 5686.... this represents only a tiny fraction of the
issues reported by fax server vendors when using all USR models.  I don't
have the time to look through the HylaFAX archives to tell you how many
reports are listed for that model.
