[hylafax-users] 4 ports serial card, more then 4 modem support

Hello,
For those of you that user serial cards with external fax modems like
me (us robotics US Robotics 56K External Fax modem; 5686E ($99) and
Amigo AME-CA95, External V.92 DATA/FAX/TAM Modem ($29) and you want to
use a startech 4 port serial card ($15) this is the howto for you.

It tells you how to increase the number of serial ports in Linux to
support more then 4 and up to  16 serial ports.
It takes you through some of the lspci dmesg and setserial commands on
linux so figuring out things is easy as it can be.

I am now running 7 serial ports with 5 modems, but I can go up to 16
If I needed to.
