[hylafax-users] ModemPriority/cycle

Hello,
I'm using Hylafax successful for a while with German ISDN and capi4Hylafax.
Cause there are some machines not working with our fax server I added an 
Elsa Microlink analog modem.

But against the documentation of Hylafax (I read so far) faxes sent to 
Hylafax are sent every time by the first modem (which is ttyS0).

I did not set up modem groups, cause as far as I read a fax with the 
setting "any" will cycle through all available modems!?
I've set Modempriority of faxCAPI to 1 and ttyS0 to 32 - so in my 
understanding, it should first try faxCAPI and if that fails ttyS0.

Can someone give me a hint how I can achieve the desired behaviour?
