Hi George, No, but even if we fix this problem then we will just move onto others because it's a USR modem.... that's why I gave the 'simple' answer.... obviously, other people are free to debug the logs and give the 'complex' answer... personally, given Nicola is using a recent HylaFAX version then I really don't think it's worth the time debugging USR problems once again. If you are any doubt about the problems that exist for many USR users then search the Hylafax or Microsoft SBS archives.
