If you decide to go the Hylafax+ / asterisk / iaxmodem route suggested
by Lee in this thread, let me know; I have a minimal set of Asterisk
configuration files built to-purpose. (Also, should you go that route, I
strongly recommend Sangoma hardware over Digium's cards -- but that's a
separate discussion).
