For information, i've just tried to do the following:

1) rpm -i hylafax-5.2.0-1.src.rpm  
2) rpmbuild -bb /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/hylafax.spec
3) yum localinstall /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/hylafax-5.2.0-1.i386.rpm

It seems working good :)
