I have no idea how to create an .eml file.  I am only using Outlook.

Well, I don't know how you do it with Outlook... but with other mail clients you can view the mail "source" ... which includes the headers. You can take all of the text of the mail source and put it into a text file. That is the same as an "eml" file.


Some clients let you "save as" the e-mail into an "eml" file... and that amounts to the same thing.
