From the friendly `man faxmail`: CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS faxmail reads configuration information from the files /usr/local/lib/fax/hyla.conf, /usr/local/lib/fax/faxmail.conf, and ~/.hylarc; in that order.
The configuration parameters are explained below. Most parameters cor- respond to a command line option. Parameter values identified above as inches are converted according to the conventions described above.
AutoCoverPage Control whether or not a cover page is automatically generated for each job.

I'm sorry I guess I didn't explain myself very well. I'm using a email fax gateway. I using postfix as the MTA. I found that master.cf has "faxmail" in the file.. It has a line "flags=" ... Faxmail $user. I'm guessing that I can add "-n" in the line. Something like "flags= -n". I could be wrong so I have not changed the line. So I'll just wait until I see a response before I start fooling around with master.cf.
I have determined that the cover page infomation is from the faxmail program. I'm guessing that some how two pages are created some where.
I'm hoping that someone knows how to work with faxmail and can provide the code to turn off the first page (which I'm calling a cover sheet).
'X-FAX-Headers: clear' looks like the correct thing to do but I don't know where (what conf file) to place the code.
