Strange - look like the libtiff it was linked to has been changed out
from under it.  Or at least that the linker thinks they no longer match.

It prints them in the log message when it starts.  hfaxd also prints it as
a banner when connected to.

Either the binaries, libraries or linker have changed.

Were there *any* updates done recently?   Do you have tripwire, or
something like that to verify that nothing has changed?
