Dear Sir or Madam,

I've a problem with my hylafax server.
Sending a fax from the fax Server works fine, but when i want to send a fax from a client from outlook (xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) there is always a HTML code under the written text.

It also happens when i send a email with an attachment without a text. For example i send a pdf file then there is a html code on the first page and on the second there is the pdf(with no errors).

Can you help me please how i can disable the html code
