Yes. 'faxalter -r' (in recent versions of HylaFAX). Pay attention to the possibility that you may need to also use the "-k" option to adjust the killtime to something new.
Let's say for the sake of argument that we have a job which was queued and it fails due to the number being "bad", but is not caught until it does the redial thing and times out.
You can use the "-d" option in conjunction with "-r" and "-k" to specify the new number simultaneously.
